MacroFin are delighted to share that we have been recognised as this year’s Customer Success Partner of the Year – UK and Ireland, by Oracle NetSuite. This is the first year this category has been available, so we are very excited to have won the inaugural award.
Following back-to-back-to-back divisional awards in 2020, 2021 and 2022 (Breakthrough Partner, Western Europe and EMEA respectively), this award recognises MacroFin’s ability to deliver a top-quality level of service to clients on an ongoing basis. We had the highest number of customer-endorsed success stories across the year, with 22 new go-lives in the UK & Ireland, on top of additional go-lives in Germany and several successful ‘rescue project’ go-lives.
