Who is me&u:

me&u is an Australian based, global, at-table ordering application for the hospitality industry which offers users a smarter way to order and pay. Founded in 2017, they now have 15m+ customers using their app at venues globally, across the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand. me&u enables hospitality venues to operate more efficiently and receive greater customer satisfaction.

The challenge:

Having grown exponentially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, me&u needed a finance system that would give them the ability to scale their business. Having identified a simple user interface and time efficiencies as their key requirements, they approached MacroFin to help with their NetSuite implementation.

The Solution:
